District Governor Rtn Jose Chacko officially inaugurated the Dialysis Unit at St Joseph’s Hospital, Kothamangalam installed as a part of Rotary Global Grants Project. PDG Rtn Madhav Chandran, DGN Rtn Rajmohan Nair, DRFC Chairman Rtn Jayasankar, DRFC Vice-Chair Rtn Algiers Khalid, President Rtn Sukhesh Vadavil, Project Chair Rtn Sreekumar S, Hospital Admin Rev Sister Abhaya and other officials graced the occasion. Following is the list of contributing members in this project: Nirmala High School Muvattupuzha 1978 Batch – Rs. 1,22,500/- Rotary Club of Cochin Beachside – Rs. 1,10,000/ Rotary Club of Cochin Uptown – Rs. 60,000/- Rotary Club of Perumbavoor Central – Rs. 60,000/- Rotary Club of Muvattupuzha – Rs. 60,000/- Total Rs 4,12,500/- was paid to this global grant project. Rotary Foundation matched the balance money close to Rs. 3 Lakhs as a grant towards the cost of the Dialysis Unit.
